How to book your holiday with Imagine India
All our holidays are tailor-made to your requirements. Talk to us and we will put together a personalised itinerary. If you are happy, then call or email to book. If you want to make changes, tweak a few things, add days, change the budget then just let us know and we will put together some more options or itineraries for you.
Once you are happy with the holiday we have designed and you wish to book – please advise us by calling 020 7622 5120 or email us at info@imagineindia.co.uk You will then be asked to give us a deposit of £500 per person.
Once this deposit has been received, we will confirm the reservations necessary for your holiday and send you a confirmation invoice. A contract will then exist.
Please ensure you have read our booking conditions and general information as these form the basis of this agreement.
Ten weeks before you are due to depart, you will be invoiced for the final balance.
Two weeks before departure you will receive your travel documentation including a final itinerary and air tickets.
